You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email and include your order number in the message.

Once we confirm that the order has not yet been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy after receiving it.
